Welcome to Root 2 Route Botanicals & Natural Medicine! We are a holistic herbal medical center and apothecary located in Casa Grande, Arizona. Years of study and education has placed our clinical herbalist, Emily Sebring HHCP, in a position to help our community, both in person and online, with all manner of ailments, illnesses and chronic diseases. Our belief is that both our client's and customer needs are of the utmost importance and we are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Most, if not all of our products are hand-crafted with you in mind. Each is created with authentic organic herbal ingredients and made right here in our amazing Sonoran Desert!

Hello!! I appreciate you taking the time to visit me and my store. My name is Emily Sebring, HHCP and the owner and clinician of Root 2 Route Botanicals & Natural Medicine. I am an herbalist & medicine woman, a homesteader, and holistic nutritionist with over 10 years of study and 7 years in business. I absolutely love what I do! But even more so, I love watching those around me find healing and strength in all things natural. Nearly every product we create is handcrafted and hand formulated on site here in Casa Grande, Arizona. Go team!
All online orders placed Monday-Friday shipping via UPS/USPS will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Orders that are shipping via USPS may take one additional day for shipment as our USPS pickup time varies.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP is available on all products!! For details and locations please call us or follow us on our Social Media. Currently we have 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of each month. Come September we will also have 4th Saturdays!
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on Wednesdays only to the Casa Grande, AZ area.
*Due to FAA restrictions, we cannot ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air freight. All packages containing these items must be shipped ground. If you wish to expedite the rest of your shipment, please place a separate order for the items you wish to expedite.
All rates are calculated in real-time (by USPS). If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before proceeding to checkout.

We strive to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. Tracking your orders placed on www.R2RBotanicals.com is easy. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your USPS tracking number which you can use to track your package.
Return & Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of our products, we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement – whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund any special order items, custom formulations, or shipping charges.
To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return.
Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:
Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 1-520-414-0041 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM AZ time, Monday through Friday, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 7 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 7 days.
- No returns will be accepted for special order items, custom formulations

local small business so once an item leaves Root 2 Route Botanicals, it is no
longer the responsibility of R2R Botanicals.
Damaged shipments falls on UPS, USPS, and any other carrier the
shipper/buyer agree upon. Insurance is
available on shipments, and will be purchased by R2R Botanicals and we will do
everything to make amends for damaged goods, but refunds are strictly
correlated with any refund given from the carrier within their claim period of
5-10 business days.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: In the unfortunate event that your shipment is damaged, please follow these steps to receive a refund.
1 - Root 2 Route Botanicals must be notified of damage within 48 hrs of receiving the purchased item. Any delay in reporting the damage to R2R Botanicals makes any refund/claim void. 2 -Take pictures of the condition of the box PRIOR to opening it if it looks banged around or damaged. 3 -Take pictures of the internal wrapping PRIOR to opening to reveal your purchased good.
All of the above are necessary for us to file a claim with UPS, USPS, etc. We insure all shipments, but cannot file a claim unless ALL of the above have been done and emailed to us.
Let's hope this does not happen, but we are a small business and want to make sure everything is taken care of as best as possible.
