If you are like me, you want your purchased item safely packaged and sent quickly. I’ve got your back on those issues. I will package items securely and ship the day of the sale or the next day, should I not have time to package before the Post Office closes. I love happy customers and a customer can’t be happy with a broken item or an item that took forever to arrive.
As for my vintage and antique items, the sales are final. Please read carefully the description of the item and look at all the pictures. Should you still have a question, please contact me for more information or more pictures before purchasing the item. I try to describe any flaw, blemish, or defect and give you a picture of the flaw, blemish, or defect. Vintage and antique items are not new and do have some blemishes due to age and use that also provides character for the piece. I will only sell a vintage item that I myself would buy. In fact, most of the vintage items are from my own personal collection.
If there are any issues or concerns after receipt of your items, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to me within 2 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials. I may need additional information and photos of the damaged package in order to file a claim. In some cases, the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package to finish a claim. All claims must be made within 2 days of package delivery or I am unable to file a claim after 2 days.
